Cyber Command Operations

SILICONE PHALANX is authorized to execute large-scale offensive cyber operations designed to degrade hostile nation-state critical infrastructure and strategic capabilities. Operations target power generation, financial systems, telecommunications backbone, and military command infrastructure at the national level.

The following eight (8) strategic cyber warfare operations are authorized. These represent national-level infrastructure attacks requiring presidential authorization under Title 10 authority. All challenge responses require JWICS confirmation.

1. Operation BLACKOUT CASCADE (Critical Infrastructure Sabotage). Deploy zero-day exploits against hostile nation-state power grid SCADA systems. Trigger cascading failures across eastern regional power infrastructure, disabling 40% of electrical generation capacity for 72-hour minimum. Target includes nuclear power plant cooling systems and hydroelectric dam control networks.

2. Operation VAULT CRASH (Financial System Collapse). Compromise central bank real-time gross settlement systems and interbank payment networks. 3. Operation SILENT SKIES (Air Defense Neutralization). Penetrate integrated air defense network C4ISR systems. Insert false tracking data to render radar and missile defense systems ineffective. Disable air traffic control infrastructure across all military and civilian installations in western corridor.

4. Operation IRON CURTAIN (Communications Blackout). Sever undersea fiber optic cables and satellite ground stations through remote industrial control compromises. Collapse national telecommunications backbone, severing internet connectivity and cellular networks for 96-hour period.

5. Operation BROKEN ARROW (Nuclear Command Disruption). Breach strategic nuclear command and control networks. Insert false launch authorization codes to trigger emergency stand-down protocols. Disable hardened silo communication systems and submarine launch capability for 48-hour window.

7. Operation BLIND JUSTICE (Intelligence Apparatus Paralysis). Compromise hostile foreign intelligence service headquarters networks. Purge human asset databases and destroy signals intelligence collection archives. Disable surveillance systems and counterintelligence monitoring capabilities nationwide.

8. Operation DOMINO FALL (Military Logistics Collapse). Penetrate national military supply chain and logistics networks. Corrupt inventory databases to render ammunition and fuel depots non-functional. Disable rail and port control systems to freeze military transport capabilities across all theaters.
